In my Hospitality Studio, I had the exciting opportunity to design a restaurant for the vibrant community of Florence. Given full creative freedom, I explored concepts that would thrive in the city’s rich cultural landscape. I envisioned Élégante La Grâce Pâtisserie, a sophisticated French bakery that offers an exquisite dining experience. Specializing in authentic French pastries, this elegant space is designed to welcome guests for any occasion, from morning espresso to celebratory gatherings.
